The twins tease Jordan, leading to a fist fight between him and Kyle. Their ride is cut short when they are confronted by the Miller twins, Kyle and Kara, the neighborhood bullies who often pull obnoxious pranks on Jordan and his friends. To alleviate boredom, Jordan and his sister decide to bike around the neighborhood, taking their friend Lauren Sax along with them.
